Everyone wants to look pretty and beautiful. Especially girls will be confident, if they have slim body and beautiful face. Fat body is a problem for girl, because sometime they feel  confused to choose dress and they will be difficult to run and faster to be tired in walking or traveling. How the way to be a slim girl? From my experiences, i will give you the ways of it.

You only need 3 ways to get slim body, like eating healthy food, jogging and making enjoy your brain. These ways can be very useful, if you can do it very well.

The first, eat the healthy foods like fruits, vegetable and vitamin, because our body need them. The important one in eating is keeping your time for eating. The normally time for diet is 8 hours, example from 10 a.m until 6 p.m, and do noteatwithin4hoursbefore bedtime.Ifyousleepinthese conditions, thegrowthhormoneis notout so nofat breakdownprocess. Instead, therewill be buriedfoodinto fat. As a result,it willmake thebodyintofat. the next, you need to do jogging every morning or gym twice in weeks. Gym canhelp shapea better bodyby increasingyourmuscle. So, there will be noprotruding bellyannoying. Finally, making your mind calm, because not only the body, but must be considered healthy and beautiful body also needs a cool mind and not stress, so your day full of cheerfulness day in front of everyone.

As often as you do these step, you will get the maximum resultsandwhenyou combine itwithfastingtwice a week, then theeffortyouhave gained will beperfect,becauseon the other hand, youdo more kindnessin your life.

The era of globalization has been dating. Changes in social dynamics in our communities more visible. Global era in this time able to make a person successful in achieving success in the field, but the global era also able to suppress life becomes difficult and it is difficult for those who do not prepare their future starting today. Because it should be understood, we do activities today for tomorrow and the future. So our future is determined today

If we recall two days ago in the lecture us, this dikmpus where we prepare our future, if we have to meet each course with the spirit? The answer is within us.

If we remember one day ago, could we think for a moment. Will time yesterday bias happen again? Being in the day yesterday we were not ready for the science presented lecturer. Really it's a weakness we can not use the time to learn the sunggh seriously .

We met many students who are weak in the attitude of enthusiasm in the classroom, so that they do not care about faculty information. Due to the lack of enthusiasm of students so that they are looking for fun, such as playing gadget, talking to fellow friends and do not care about that in the future, also the attitude of concentration of students is reduced.

If that were the case, we should be able to merevoluysi mental, intentions and education system. Revolutionize the means to evaluate what our initial intention to college? How do we face the future? So is the encouragement of faculty and parents in learning are indispensable as well as the attention of a professor has a great influence on students. Like the one last week given me motivation of lecturers that I know you lancer in speaking, you try a lot of preparation. Of that sentence, one spirit rise up in me. That professors who actually capable of guiding students towards better.

Each student failure and failure is the result of inadvertence us in filling our time, particularly when studying in class.Cheer up and think about smart, because it was he who planted the harvest. Plant science, then our future must be bright.

my plans for my future life

welcome 2015,....!!!

Hoping the year is better than before. amin....
      In the course of 2014, i want to buy laptop by using my own money. But my money is out of order for paying my study. I never felt regret for it. I wish it can make my parent happy.

      Many plans that i have done in last year. One of them is going to my grandmother's house, taking mango in field and fishing in river. I went to my grandmother's house in July with my young sister. I stayed there for 3 days and i spent my days in field. I was very happy, for all my plans were completed. The best planning is convincing my parent for my lecture value that i can hold my best value. Don't ever give up, study and pray to Allah for the best.

      My future plans this year are getting marry, having a good life and doing the best for my husband. Although it is so fast for me, but when Allah wants (kun fayakun), all will happen in my life. According to al-quran that Allah says "no one knows what will happen tomorrow". We can make planning, but Allah arranges all. My other plan is going around the world, and Mekkah is the first country that i will visite it. amiiiin....!!!

Gill zamora has been in police force of Sanjose. He had talent in painting and drawing. Someday, he tried to draw 3 women’s face. All of them were asked to stay and sit in strange room. They looked a sitting boy in front of drawing board that they didn’t know him before. And he was Gill. They and Gill didn’t meet each other.

Later then, Gill prepared to draw them and he gave them question about their physical. And they also explained all of about them. Afterward, the picture was perfect, but in the other way, Gill asked to other person to explained their physical. Step by step, Gill drew them as other person explanation.

In a view hour, Gill shown them all their drawing face. The one is according to their opinion self and the other one is corrected by other people view about them. Suddently, they were laugh and they aware that they were more beautiful than they thought……..

miracle in strong eagerness

             In the goodnest day, there were 5 children in forest. They are 3 crowl boy, deformity boy and innocent girl. in the same time, 3 boys thrown stone to the deformity boy. The first toss hit his head and he fell for the second toss. They thrown stone to him directly. Then the girl asked him to run away from them. He ran as fast as possible, but they pursued him by using their bycycle. They did not want to stop their enormity. The boy felt worry, for they were near with him, but he had strong eagenerness for free from their threat.

             In the middle way, he got miracle that he could run faster than before. Finally,they felt tired and anger. So, they stopped their job. Afterward, the innocent boy ran fastly and he felt cheerful.

My journey in Tiris waterfall

It’s one of my experiences. When I am in senior high school, I often went to mountain and beach in every month. One of place that I like is waterfall where I can see a lot of natural panoramas. Tiris’s waterfall is one of my favorite place which is not to far from my grandmother’s village.

At Sunday morning, I went for traveling with my friends. I started my journey at 7 am and I prepared all of something that I need at the day before. For getting the place, I spent 1 hour and it acrossed the throne ways. I felt so cool there, so I wear a sweater and jacket. In the middle way, I found a wonderful panoramas that make my eyes fresh. A green trees seem around me which those are swept by wind.  

When I arrived at Tiris, I parked my motorcycle in my friend’s family house. I need to walk for half hour for reaching the waterfall. I wear a soes that can be weared in the throne road, because the road is so harmful and I ought to be carefull.

Later than, I standed up in front of the waterfall. Wow,, it’s amazing and wonderful that I ever see. Before having fun there, i took picture of the waterfall. I played water with my friends there and we burned chicken and fish. We ate together and sang the song loudly.

My journey finished at 3 pm. I ought to go home, in order I would not be in my house so night. In my last journey, I didn’t forget to buy milk of cow which is delicious. All people there have cow milk and they got  money from it.

At 5 pm, I was in my house, I felt so tired but i have unforgettable experience at that day and I will remember all what i have gotten and come there.
